Right of Withdrawal

Right to Cancel for Distance Contracts (Excluding Financial Services)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your contract with us within 14 days without giving a reason. This applies to purchases made online, by phone, or away from our business premises.

Your Right to Cancel

• Cancellation period: 14 days from the day you (or a third party nominated by you) receive the goods.
• How to cancel: Notify us via a clear written statement (e.g., email, letter) using the sample cancellation form (optional).
• Deadline met if sent before the 14-day period expires.

Refunds

• Full reimbursement (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.
• Excludes costs for premium delivery options (if you chose a non-standard method).
• Refunded via the original payment method, unless agreed otherwise. No fees apply.

We may delay refunds until we receive the goods or proof of return.

Returning Goods

• Return items within 14 days of notifying us.
• You bear direct return costs (minimum £149 per cubic metre).
• Liable for value loss only if damage exceeds necessary inspection (e.g., testing functionality).

Exceptions to the Right to Cancel

The right does NOT apply to:

1. Custom-made or personalized goods (e.g., bespoke furniture).
2. Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers) or goods with a short expiry date.
3. Sealed items unsealed after delivery (e.g., software, hygiene products).
4. Goods mixed inseparably with other items post-delivery.
5. Alcoholic beverages with prices subject to market fluctuations (delivered ≥30 days post-order).
6. Newspapers/magazines (except subscriptions).
