Ordering and Payment
What online payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers, and cheques. Amazon Pay.

Can I pay by cash upon delivery? Yes, you can pay by cash upon delivery.

Is my payment information secure? Yes, we use industry-standard encryption to protect your payment information.

Can I change or cancel my order? You may be able to change or cancel your order if it has not yet shipped. Please contact customer service as soon as possible.

How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you’ll be updated about the status of the shipment.

Do your prices shown on the website Include Value added Tax (VAT)? Yes.

Delivery Methods Overview

XLfurniture.co.uk offers two delivery methods: Doorstep Delivery and Room-of-Choice Delivery.

The delivery method for each item in your order will be listed in:

  • Your order confirmation email
  • "My Orders" section (via the 'View/Edit Details' button)

Once your items are sent, we will email you with:

  • Detailed delivery instructions
  • A revised estimated delivery date
  • A tracking number to track your parcel(s)

Additionally, the carrier will contact you via email, text, or phone, depending on the delivering partner’s service level.

To provide a fast, safe, and reliable delivery service, we select the appropriate delivery method and carrier for each item on our website. It is currently not possible to choose a carrier for delivery. Deliveries typically occur Monday through Friday.

What are the Different Delivery Methods?

Small Parcel Delivery

  • When your item has been sent, we will email you with the estimated day of delivery and tracking number.
  • Delivery Location: Parcels will be delivered to your door/front door of your apartment building.
  • No Signature Required: You are not required to be home to accept the delivery.
    • If absent, the carrier may:
      • Leave the item in a safe place, with a neighbour, or at a local collection point.
      • Leave a calling card with details of where the parcel has been left.
  • Contactless Delivery:
    • The driver will take a photo of the item at your door as proof of delivery.
    • Exception: Items requiring an adult signature.

Large Parcel Delivery - Doorstep

  • When your item has been sent, we will notify you via email with the estimated day of delivery and tracking number.
  • The evening before or morning of delivery, the carrier will send additional instructions via email and/or text message, including the time window for delivery.
  • Delivery Location: Parcels will be delivered to your door/front door of your apartment building, depending on the courier’s service level.

Large Parcel Delivery - Room of Choice

  • When your item has been sent, we will email you with the estimated day of delivery and tracking number.
  • The carrier will contact you via email, text, and/or phone call with a proposed delivery date.
  • Once the delivery date is confirmed, the delivery will be scheduled accordingly.
  • The evening before or morning of delivery, you will receive an email/text with further delivery instructions and the time window for delivery.
  • Delivery Location: Parcels will be delivered to a room of your choice, subject to the courier’s service level limitations regarding flights of stairs.
  • Preparation:
    • Ensure that your home is accessible for a smooth delivery.
    • Remove any potential obstacles, fragile, or valuable objects from the delivery path.
Returns and Exchanges
What if my furniture arrives damaged? Please inspect your furniture upon delivery and contact us immediately if there is any damage.

Do you offer warranties? Yes, most products come with a manufacturer's warranty.
